International Monetary, as a principal, is an active buyer/acquirer of middle market companies leveraging our group’s equity capital with LBO/MBO-type acquisition transactions by using mezzanine /junior/ senior debt funds facilitated through our financial partner, a prominent NYSE-member Wall Street investment bank. Our group is primarily interested in companies with a minimum of $3 Million EBITDA that have strong management teams, are in fragmented industries, and are equipped with balance sheets and income statements that are high in assets and cash flow, respectively. After building a platform company, our group takes the company public thru a Reg A+ offering (Mini-IPO) or an APO (alternative public offering) by simultaneously completing a RTO (reverse takeover) with a public vehicle and a S-1 registered offering with an up-listing onto a major listed exchange (NY Market or Nasdaq) once the needed listing criteria are met.
